Help the team technically and artistically to carry out clients’ vision
Support the development of employees in the team
Review art to provide feedback to the team
Manage employees' skills, and continue to develop processes, methods, and workflows
Participating in communication with clients

Qualifications

Russiаn language C1 or Native
English language B2
5+ years’ experience as an artist in game industry
Experience in team leadership and management
Leading experience in all genres (casual, midcore, realism)
Great communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
