For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are hiring for a self-driven candidate, who would hold the role of the Head of Sales as a part of our sales team based in Prague.  If you're no stranger to the entertainment world then we are looking right for you!

The Head of Sales will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and growth of commercial relationships with existing customers, and the attraction of new customers to Endorphina.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote sales growth

• Create sales processes to reach targets

• Manage the sales team

• Identify and update KPIs for the Sales teams

• Identification and follow up on sales leads

• Ensure sales team’ full competency

• General industry networking: attend and host

• To own and develop sales reporting function to the stakeholders and CEO

What kind of professional are we looking for?

You are the best candidate if:

• Have 3+ years related experience in gambling

• Experienced in leading international sales team

• Able to build relationships with all types of people

• Good IT skills with the ability to analyse data to spot trends and opportunities.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
