As a Lead UI/UX designer, you will create the design work in a high-scope product. You will work from concept through development and collaborate with other designers to achieve project goals. As a member of the team, you will be trusted to develop UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes for different features of the project.

The ideal candidate should be experienced with the best practices in product and digital design. Plus, endless love and passion for games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Create user interface designs, including wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and UI assets along with required documentation for a range of products and platforms.

— Support high-level design in developing intuitive control schemes and UX flow.

— Communicate all of your design choices to stakeholders and other departments and helping in the development of game mechanics

— Ensure that the UX Design is in keeping with the art direction of the project and complements it;

— Propose ideas to improve your team’s workflow/process

— Prepare guidelines and feedback for the team

— Build and grow/maintain an effective team, ensuring that the team player culture is fostered

— Allocate UI/UX resources across multiple projects and delegate tasks to your team members

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— 4+ years of interactive product design and game UI with a strong portfolio that includes recent gaming examples;
— Able to create, manage and track work for a team of designers and have a strong knowledge of the relevant tools to do so;
— Excellent time management and prioritization skills of your own and the team’s time;
— Fine artistic taste and knowledge of drawing and basic composition principles;
— Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other industry design and prototyping tools;
— Work within tight timelines in an agile environment and rapidly iterate and test concepts and prototypes

What is important for us in a person?

— Solid gaming experience;
— Write and update UI/UX guidelines & documentation;
— Knowledge of UI assembling and work processes in Unity or Unreal Engine;
