Project Manager

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game dev is looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client, an international company with headquarters in the USA. The company has been publishing and developing AA and mid-core games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms for the past 12 years.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a major PC and console title.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Horror game, Adventure game, Action game
• At what stage of the project(s)? Release

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage project development: gather and formalize requirements, create a plan, monitor the speed and quality of development. 

• Establish, configure, and maintain processes within the studio for precise planning and predictable development. 

• Conduct team meetings, plan, assign, and monitor task execution, create follow-ups and reports. 

• Participate in the hiring process, onboarding, and employee development. 

• Prepare project documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience managing a game development team of 15 people as a Project Manager. 

• Experience in product companies with PC/console projects. 

• Experience in setting up and optimizing processes. 

• Skills in planning, prioritization, delegation, and task setting. 

• Solid understanding of art and game design pipelines. 

• English proficiency at least at an Upper Intermediate level.
